These Terms are an agreement between you and Barış Salih Babacan, developing +TV: Social under the Garage brand (garage.ist) ("we", "us") for the use of the +TV: Social app and its services ("+TV"). By creating an account or using +TV you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Your licence to use the app itself is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these Terms add the rules for the +TV service. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for +TV or its content.
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you may use +TV, and buy the verified badge, only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Your username cannot be changed once set. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
You keep ownership of the posts, profile information, ratings and messages you create ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute your content within +TV, only as needed to operate the service and as your privacy settings allow. Public profiles and public accounts' posts can be seen by anyone, including people without an account.
Film and series information is provided by TMDB, and streaming availability by JustWatch. +TV uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We do not guarantee that this information is accurate or current.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on +TV. You must not post, send or put in your profile anything that:

We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these Terms. We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that break them, without notice.
The verified badge is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple under its terms; manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. The badge may be removed under review, for example if you change your display name to impersonate someone, and is removed if you break these Terms.
The remote feature controls TVs on your own network. Use it only with devices you are allowed to control. We are not responsible for the behaviour of third-party TVs or apps.
We may change, suspend or stop any part of +TV. We may update these Terms; if the changes are significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use +TV after changes means you accept them.
+TV is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that information from third parties (such as TMDB and JustWatch) is accurate.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or for content that other users post or send. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts there.
